STOCKTON - June/July Sunday 10.15am Adult Aerial Silks (Mixed Beginners/Improvers)

Suitable for beginners to the silks as well as those looking to improve their practice. This fun class will explore this dynamic piece of equipment for awe inspiring moves, poses, rolls and drops. Booking is for the full half term. Working no more than 3 participants to each piece of equipment to ensure plenty of air time. Strictly limited to 12 class participants.
