STOCKTON - June/July Tuesday 7.15pm Aerial Fusion

Working with the more acrobatic elements of aerial hammock, focusing on gravity defying and invigorating stand alone poses to challenge mentally and physically.The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time. This class is more challenging than our regular aerial yoga, but using the hammock requires less strength than the aerial silks courses and is a great middle ground if you want all the fun with less of the upper body challenge. This is a practice involving inversions and rolls so is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has significant spine or joint issues or while suffering with vertigo. Teens age 11+ are welcome to attend with a participating adult.
