STOCKTON - June/July Thursday 4.45pm Family & Children's Aerial Course

Suitable for approximately age suitable for accompanied children from age 4, perfect for Greatest Showman fans. Working one person to each hammock we will work with both grounded and air based movements to move your body in new ways. Hammock is a great starting point as an introduction to aerial arts as it builds strength and allows practice in a supported way. Suitable for complete beginners and those with no previous experience, learn to work with the fabric to increase flexibility and strength, lengthen and stretch and enjoy a deep relaxation to close. The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time. This class is designed for families to learn aerial together, a place must be booked for each person. Siblings under 4 are welcome to watch or may share use of their parent's/carer's hammock at parental discretion.
