STOCKTON - June/July Thursday 5.30pm Aerial Yoga Minis (7-15 years)

Suitable for approximately age 7-15, perfect for fans of Pink or the Greatest Showman. Working one person to each hammock we will work with both grounded and air based movements to move your body in new ways. Hammock is a great starting point as an introduction to aerial arts as it builds strength and allows practice in a supported way. Suitable for complete beginners and those with no previous experience, learn to work with the fabric to increase flexibility and strength, lengthen and stretch and enjoy a deep relaxation to close. The most fun you can have while getting fit at the same time.
